Apply for membership
From onboarding, submit your application. A founder reviews it — this can take some time, since it is a real, individual judgment, not automatic.
Choose your domain(s)
Once accepted, add one or more domains from your profile’s "Domains & Account" tab.
Wait for your first assignment
A Prime Lead will offer you an assignment when a project needs your domain — you can accept or decline it.
Submit an inquiry
Use the "Work with SIH" / inquiry form — no account required. Include what you need built and any relevant context.
Wait for review
A Team Elite member reviews every inquiry and reaches out if it’s a fit. Not every inquiry converts, and that’s intentional — SIH accepts work it can actually deliver well.
Accept your invitation
If accepted, you’ll receive a one-time invitation link to set up your client login and get started.
I didn’t receive my verification code
Check spam, then use "resend code" on the verification page. Codes expire after a short window for security.
How are my credentials protected?
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access tokens live only in memory in your browser tab — never in cookies or local storage — so closing the tab signs you out.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes — request erasure from your account settings. A founder must approve it, matching our DPDP-aligned data handling process.
How is my work reviewed?
A Prime Lead or Founder reviews your contributions and records a qualitative indicator per dimension — never a numeric score.
I disagree with a review
Open an appeal from your Reputation page. An independent founder adjudicates it; the original review is never altered, both are shown together.
Is my reputation public?
No. It’s visible to you and, in context, to reviewers and clients you’re working with — never a public leaderboard.
Where do I see my earnings?
Your private earnings ledger is under Finance → My Earnings. It is never visible to other members.
How is payment split across a team?
Work-share proposals record how a delivered project’s value is split between contributors, subject to review and dispute if needed.

Who can see my personal identity?
Only you — other members and clients ever see a masked identifier or your explicitly shared profile, never your raw personal details.
